Come visit Carol in her new office!
Meet Carol Gilles
Carol Gilles has been in the real estate profession since 1979. She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has been awarded Top Producing Agent from The Real Estate Group many years since 1985.
Carol has been a South Bay resident since 1973, and is very involved in community service and activities.
Carol & husband Bob upgraded to a 2001 Ultra Classic - sans sidecar - in April 2001. Look at the first photo in the "More About Carol" section of this page to see it. This is the motorcycle they rode on the infamous 75th Anniversay Route 66 ride in the summer of 2001! They are now making plans for the upcoming 100th Anniversary for Harley-Davidson event in the Summer of 2003 in Milwaukee.
They enjoy taking day trips, and have traveled all around the United States with their son, Matt. In 1999, they toured the Black Forest region in Europe for two weeks on an Electra Glide Touring bike. They traveled through five countries with 9 other Americans and 5 German Harley enthusiasts.
Carol thinks there's no better way to see the natural beauty our land has to offer than on the back of the Harley with a strong grip around Bob's torso and Matt alongside. For Carol, climbing on the back of a motorcycle has changed her life more than she ever thought possible. She's adopted an open mind and vows never again to let her preconceptions get in the way of a new adventure.
It's Carol's different perspective that allows her to break the mold and escape the traditional Realtor jargon and philosophy. She knows your real estate needs don't fit into a set prescription format, but rather each client offers a new challenge.
That's why Carol will listen to your wants and needs with an open mind and then aggressively pursue those goals. And as a realtor in the South Bay since 1979, she has the necessary experience to handle whatever those needs present.

Torrance Memorial Health Care Foundation's Festival of Trees
The Festival of the Trees is an annual fundraiser for the Torrance Memorial Health Care Foundation. Fifty trees are decorated by volunteers and given names such as "Santa Salutes America"; "Wonderful World of Santas", "Christmas at the Zoo", "Disney Ornaments & Storybooks", etc.
Since 1992 I have put up lights, glued on decorations and served hot dogs, baked goods and popcorn. The event was first held in 1983 and occurs in the days leading up to the first weekend of December.
