Agent of the year 2006
In early December, over 100 agents and friends attended The Real Estate Group’s annual Holiday party. This year the acting broker, Derf Fredericks, presented awards to several top producing agents. A new award was created to recognize the agent that best exemplifies and supports the goals and professionalism of The Real Estate Group. With over 600 agents to choose from, Derf presented the Agent Of The Year – 2006 award to seasoned Realtor and top producer, Carol Gilles.
A full-time agent since 1980, Carol has been actively working with both buyers and sellers. “My goal,” says Gilles, “is to help buyers obtain the “American Dream” of home ownership and to create a successful Marketing Plan for sellers so they can move on with their personal goals.” Internet marketing and computer technology has created a whole new way of doing business! The 2007 South Bay real estate market will continue to provide many property choices for buyers and continued appreciation for sellers.
Carol has been involved with the cyclical real estate market and continues to create an atmosphere of success for her clients and herself. She has a positive attitude with her clients and co-agents and works well with her team.
